You are letting a bit of your belly poke out. It starts off with you coming in holding your stomach. You talk about how your stonach aches. You then find a soda can and chug it, this all happens in 1 minute. But right there you cut the video. You resume the video when you finish the can. After the video resumes, your belly is fully hanging out. You start moaning and talking about how bloated you are. YThen you start burping like crazy and mention how the soda only made it worse. You slap and rub your belly a lot. At some point of the video, turn and show your side view then start burping. After a few moments, turn back to the normal view facing the camera. After that you say that you got and idea. You take both your hands and put them on your belly. You start shaking it. You then say "I think it's working. My belly is -" then interupt your sentence with a big burp and say excuse me. You burp and play with your belly more until you get to 6 minutes. After that, you go and sit down. You burp more and play with your belly and keep moaning. For the last minute of the video, try to lay down and do the same thing. Burp and play with your belly while moaning.
