You moan and say "much better". This happens for the first minute of the video. After that, you let out 1 big burp and say excuse me. After that you start to burp like crazy while slapping and rubbing your belly while sitting in ur chair. The angle shows ur face and belly. You do this for like 3 minutes. After that, you get up and go close to the camera only showing ur belly, you rub and slap ur belly to let out a couple burps. After that you back up to shoe ur belly and face.
