With the counting again but instead of it increasing in stages I thought it'd be interesting if instead it starts out high. I was thinking of something like counting out loud for up to 50 and trying to not sneeze as long as you can and if you do sneeze you carry on tickling until you reach 50, twice once for each nostril and then with a feather. I'd also like to have you undo a button with every sneeze in a round (after a round is completed so you can carry on counting) and ...

I'd also like to have you undo a button with every sneeze in a round (after a round is completed so you can carry on counting) and if you have time at the end something where you sniff white pepper as many times as you can before you sneeze and see how big a fit you'd have.
