I might explain this next part poorly but I'd like you to start of tickling your nose for 5 seconds, it doesn't have to be exact but by your count tickle your nose for 5 seconds, if you sneeze you repeat until you hold the sneeze back and if you hold the sneeze back when you tickle again you increase the time tickling to 10 seconds so everytime you successfully hold the sneeze back you increase the time inducing by 5 seconds. It's sorta similar to 'holding sneezes 3' and 4 but instead of pepper its a q-tip and instead of sniffs its time tickling.
