Basicaly this one is the same as the last one with counting and the q-tip but this time you start at 5 seconds and instead see how many rounds it takes for you to sneeze instead of about increasing the time. So you just do 5 seconds of tickling then hold back everytime. After you sneeze once, I'd like you to do the same thing but with two q-tips one for each nostril (although that would mean you have to count aloud for that since you don't have a hand free to count) and then...
