She hops around in agony, tries to bend her toe and place weight on it, but can do neither. After hopping/limping around, she finally decides to go to the hospital. She comes crutching home with her toe and foot wrapped up in bandages, only her smaller toes are seen with the big toe separately wrapped and only the tip visible. She hops and crutches around her place. She moans about how much her big toe hurts, how badly it's injured, and why the big toe is the worse toe to break. She finally props her foot up on a chair/pillow/table and tries to bend her toes, but only her four small toes bend, her big toe (wrapped in a bandage) is rigidly sticking straight up in the air, but even the slightest movement of the big toe is extremely painful (a combination of close-ups and sole shots with facial expression would be perfect here). She laments the injury and the pain, complaining of all the things she won't be able to do, and wonders if her badly injured big toe will ever completely heal.
