REQUEST: You sit near the edge of the chair with legs over the side and wide apart, wearing a bright t-shirt and short skirt.
He sits sideways as picture with only on right leg with his back to the camera view.
For the first 5 minutes (no edit), you carry out 45-50 (if u can) right heel raise exercises with giving him some back massages.
When the 5 minutes of raises on right are completed, he then sits on the left leg for 5 minutes for the same amount of heel raises.
