Both of you meet standing in your nurses uniform facing each other and start threatening to destroy each other, outie bellybutton to outie bellybutton and then both of you at the same time take your nurses uniform off so you are both in your bra and knickers showing off your bellybuttons to each other.
As both of you show off your bellybuttons to each other you tell each other what you both hate about each others bellybutton, such as, "I don't like xxxx about your bellybutton", etc...
After you both critisize each others bellybutton, both of you rub your own bellybutton breifly to prepare to bellybutton fight at the same time walking towards each other until you are both belly to belly, bellybutton to bellybutton. Both of you then grab each other in a tight bearhug so both your bellybuttons dig into each others bellybuttons more which makes both of your faces cringe at the same time, both agreeing that both your bellybuttons hurt each other while you are still both belly to belly, bellybutton to bellybutton.
Both of you struggle with each other bellybutton to bellybutton while in a bearhug making each other moan and groan about your bellybutton being hurt by the others bellybutton but at the same time giving the other a smile when it's noticed the others bellybutton got hurt more. Both of you while bellybutton to bellybutton try to maintain eye contact as well as looking angry with each other and keep looking towards each other.
During this 10 minutes each of you will end up backing off rubbing your own bellybutton for a minute to then come to continue to bellybutton fight each other, in a bearhug, bellybutton to bellybutton.
Both of you step back from each other rubbing your own bellybutton better, both a bit out of breath but looking at each other feeling pleased with yourself you have hurt the others bellybutton a lot with your own and show off your bellybutton to each other by seeing who can do the best belly / hip roll to show who has better control over their lower stomach and bellybutTTON. Both walk towards each other rubbing / stretching their own bellybutton out to prepare for the others bellybutton until they become belly to belly, bellybutton to bellybutton in a tight bearhug with each other. Both then continue to bellybutton fight each other, both trying to maintain eye contact or looking straight ahead as they both make each other cringe when ever one of their bellybuttons has caught the others bellybutton quite sharply.
Both while bellybutton fighting start to hurt each others bellybutton a lot more while bellybutton to bellybutton which results in both moaning louder when ever the others bellybutton has caught their bellybutton sharply. As both hear the other start to moan and groan louder while bellybutton to bellybutton, each of you from time to time while still belly to belly start to think the others bellybutton is beginning to weaken and say from time to time, "your bellybutton is weakening!". This continues until one of you destroys the other, bellybutton to bellybutton.
