2nd. doing flexible belly movements in doggy style. Sucking in and pushing out the belly. Having the camera underneath your belly . Doing this for 4 minutes .
3rd. standing up and doing vacuuming belly movements. Then showing your big belly from different camera angles and slapping/squeezing your bloated belly.
