Request: Please position/sit away from the desk, please use a small notebook/writing pad/diary as a prop. The idea being that you are checking notes taken from a business meeting.
This way you don't need a computer, and the smaller notebook/diary (or a Smartphone) means I can see more of you compared to the larger folder.
Please have the camera at eye level when seated, so the point of view is the same as if you were sitting opposite someone in a room or on the train, etc.

Overall there are three Shot types:
(1) Master Shot - the whole scene from just above your head to just under your shoes/chair.
(2) Lower Mid-shot/Lower Medium Close-Up (depending on your camera lens) - from your waist (or just above it) to under your shoes/chair.
(3) Upper Mid-Shot/Upper Medium Close-Up (waist or chest up to above your head.
You don't have to have a lot of movement.
*Please also have you slit skirt as long as possible, i.e. over your knee, you may need to wear it slightly lower than normal to allow for any ride up when sitting. Basically I like the shape of the skirt rolling over the top knee and if possible both knees with the slit 'falling away' on the left side.
