You wear the same pants of that clip in every scene (long jeans, jeans shorts, black leggings), upper body clothes can be diferent. This time you receive the injections in standing position and the entire clip is filmed in POV style, from the point of view of the nurse. The camera sees what the nurse sees, we don't see the nurse, only her hands. Each time the needle pierces your flesh you scream because of the pain, the nurse tells you to relax your muscles.
