2) Pretend I sneak up from behind and you turn around to see who it is.
3) Look at the camera and say: “Who’re you and what do you think you’re doing here?”
4) Crack your knuckles, punch your palm and get in a fighting stance ready to fight.
5) Show your fiist towards the camera and say: “Take a look at my fiist, see how hard my knuckles are...? Now get ready to loose all your teeth with my FIIST”

At this point you are free to improvise and have some fun. Show your muscles, get in a fighting stance again and start punching me all over the place. Pretend how much you enjoy using your fiists and the hardness of your knuckles. Every now and then leave your fiist poised for about 3 seconds before you pull it back for the next punch. Do some jabs, combos and uppercuts but I mostly want straight punches. If possible, grab an empty box or anything you might have and punch it to show me the power of your fiists.
Finish the clip by saying “The last thing you’ll see will be my FIIST coming straight to your face.” Bring your fiist way back before delivering the punch then look down like if I’m in floor and then turn away from the camera and walk away all sexy.
