REQUESTS: I want you to punch your own stomach.
-at the beginning, stand in front of the camera, and flex/Tighten your abs a couple times, to show the difference between flexing and not.
-for taking the punches, stand with your back against the wall, and have the camera at an angle where its kind of in between from the front and from the side of you.also, if you are punching with your left hand, make sure the camera is on your right side, or vice versa...to make sure that your arm doesn't cover up the view of your stomach.
-try your best to make the punches either on or above your belly button...
