Masha tells Janin that her legs are pretty strong too and you does some posing herself in her shoes (same hight) and barefeet in stockings.Janin’s boyfriend/husband comes in and watches you both. He is convinced that Janin hast he strongest legs and feet of the whole world. He sits down on Janin’s lap with shoes on and she first lifts him with ease on 2 legs – then on just 1 leg and Janin is able to carry him on tip toe. Masha wants to try this also – on 2 legs in shoes. He wants you to try on just 1 leg and she is able to lift him as well..... she says very self confident that this is easy for her. Now, the challenge is on – he wants to proof that Janin is the strongest and Masha – cocky – is confident to win also... you are both very confident during the challenge ans always believe to win. To impress the other you both often say ist easy (until the end) We now have the same 4-5 exercises as you already did – but this time with the same weight of him. This is fair I think – so you both have the same load. The man is heavier and tries to be the heaviest possible with feet off the ground or on a chair - of course and this will shorten the duration of the exercises as you both will not be able to lift him as long and as many times.

1st exercise – endurance (right leg) He sits on Janins right leg with heels and stockings to see how long she can hold up until the heel touches. Please check, that locking the foot on top is not ok – this could go forever - don’t choose your highest heels and both shoud be about the same hight. Janin does her best until she has to give up He now sits on Masha’s right leg and she gives your best also

Exercise 2 – for reps Janin proposes she wants to try without shoes but this time for as many reps as she can do (in stockings). She changes the position on the chair to show the inner calf of her left foot and she counts reps with all his weight on her. Masha tries to reach the same amount of reps... or 1 more to win the challenge No 2

Exercise 3 – for reps (left leg) Masha goes first this time – she changes position on the chair to show her inner left calf and takes off her shoes and stockings to have better grip on the floor. She holds her leg further forward and mark the position of the big toe for Janin who follows. You count reps with his full weight (his legs in the air or on another chair) until her leg has to give up or no strict rep is possible anymore. Janin has to go next – her foot on the same position... she tries to equal for a tie - or even beat Masha

Exercise 4 – for endurance Revenge – the winner of ex 3 has to go first. Left leg again further forward with a mark – hold up as long as you can until the foot touches the floor. Your can take a small book under your heel if you think it ads a challenge... please fight until the end and don’t give up when your foot is still high up on tiptoes.... Till the heel touches I think you are both done after 4 exercises... I’m always interested in a little strenght demo from both of you to finish now as your muscles are pumped up with good definition.... Can anybody hold 2 people on just 1 leg ? Full weight of 1 person holding his legs on another chair – and full weight of the 2nd person sitting on his lap... it would be fun to see...."
