You would need to sit in a wooden chair with your legs crossed at first as you read your magazine. You realize you want to show your strength so you stop reading the magazine and uncross your legs. You pat your right knee inviting the viewer to sit. The camera view changes from Full Body to your point of view so that the viewer is sitting on your knee looking down at your foot. You lift your foot up and down slowly using different movements. You do that for a minute or two and then change to a faster pace. You occasionally stop to lift your foot and roll your ankle around. You do this for a couple of minutes then you go back to tapping your foot. You decided to have more fun and start tapping your foot harder to see if the viewer can take it. You do this for a minute or two and then you start mixing up your tapping until you finally decide the viewer has had enough. The camera switches to looking at your face. You smile and ask the viewer if it felt good. You wink at the viewer and tell them to come back soon.
