I walked along my yard and stepped on plastik bottle. I fell down and sprained my ankle. I groaned with pain. I tried to stend up but my foot was in pain and I couldn't stend on it. I came to stairs and I have to jump on one leg, because I couldn't step on my foot. A felt terrible pain in ankle. When I came in, I called my friend and she hurried to help me with bondage and call the ambulance.
