She fattened him up, but eventually he managed to escape. Empress has captured Batman for the second time, and fattens him beyond all recognition. As she feeds and funnels him POV-style, she snacks a bit herself - also growing a big belly. When she's finished funneling him, she rewards Batman with a bj.
