You have soiled yourself in the night on my ward! How humiliating!!! There is a big, stinky ugly mess under the sheets and in order to sort this out I am going to have to put you in adult diaper... infront of all the nurses and all the other men on this ward... so embarrassing, to make it more embarrassing when I change you I will be wearing a big gas mask to protect myself from the horrible stench! The only concern is by putting you in diaper you might start to regress in toilet training...
