I was wearing my sexy red heels today and hurt my left heel. It is swollen and painful, I cannot walk around normally any more. I'll and lean against the wall, then take a seat and try to massage it. It hurts so much! Maybe I could wear flats to lighten the pain, I try them on, but it doesn't help.
