I just finished cleaning the room and my left heel is so painful, it hurts at every step. I decide to go to the doctor and try different pairs of shoes to find the least painful ones. The doctor asks me to try and walk normally and on my toes. He recommends some ice. I painfully walk back home, take an ice pack from the freezer and put it on my foot.
