In today's self-defense class, I will teach the girls 3 different kicks to fend off potential aggressors. First the low kick, with a swift movement, aiming for the balls with the shoetip. Second will be the high kick, aimed at keeping someone at a distance to avoid confrontation. The third kick is one with the knees, slamming in the balls while holding the guy's shoulders.
