Rachel Sinclair is one of the original queens of doing beatdowns. She thoroughly enjoys using knees, fists, feet, elbows, and anything else she can. Most women are not as sadistic as Rachel and certainly don't laugh and smile as much as she does while hurting men. You just can't control some women once the camera gets turned on.
