Lucy is sent by corporate to conduct an audit of Ryker's branch operation. After she recommends that he start looking for another job, he "snaps" and attacks her. She puts up a noble effort, but his motivation manages to earn him the upper hand. He comes up with his own audit that he insists that she sign. In the meantime, he dishes out punishment to get her to bend to his wishes.
