Alexa, better known in the underworld as the Enforcer catches up with Guile who owes a great deal of money. He tries to make a bargain but Alexa will not have it, and begins to take it out of his hide, punches, kicks, and stomps, even being tied to a chair and punished gives great pleasure to Alexa.
