The delightful Dolly is going to do some skipping for you in the nude, well she has a pair of trainer's on, but that's it. We've given her our weighted skipping rope to make the workout a little harder. She is her normal chirpy self and chats and quips throughout the video. She confesses she's not skipped for years. She manages a few consecutive skips getting into double figures. We have filmed this with two cameras using two angles, a wide shot and a handheld closer framed shot.
