The scene was shot at 100 frames per second. This has meant we can slow down the action by 75% normal speed without any loss of quality or flicker. The slow motion is at 25fps at HD 1080p. The first part of the video is all at normal speed and then the last part is all shown in slow motion, giving you the best of both worlds. Charley looks fabulous on the power plate.
