In this scene Gemma Lou has been tied up with metal restraints. She has a T bar which is attached to her ankles with leather straps and then her hands are in a pair of leather mitts. She is laying on a mattress and she spends the whole video trying to get out of her captive devices. There is no nudity in this scene, lots of super cleavage and a sense of hopelessness, but no topless. It was filmed with two HD DSLR cameras and separate audio, the action cuts between a close up show and medium wide shot.
