Clitoridectomy or clitorectomy is the surgical removal, reduction, or partial removal of the clitoris. It is rarely used as a therapeutic medical procedure. Gynecologists in 19th-century Europe and the United States removed the clitoris to treat insanity and masturbation, and suggested clitoridectomy as a cure for nymphomania. For me, permanent female chastity and eventually total clitoris removal has long been one of my most extreme sexual fantasies, especially in the context of being a cuckquean.
