I know it has been a long time since my last weigh in clip, but so many things had happened, some of them good, some of them not so good. Before showing what my scale says, I am having a nice, really, really candid talk with you, about what happened (reactions about my weight) and how it made me feel. It is a long clip indeed, but I have so much to say.
