I was working out at the gym the other day, and afterwards I had a talk with my personal trainer. He was giving me advice about my diet and how to use it to my benefit. There was one thing he said I didn't agree with though! He said don't eat too much protein, because it's bad for you! Guess who I thought of, loser? YOU! There is NO such thing as too much protein for you, so open that mouth and slurp it up!
