This is the second part of Tony's tickle test. His pits and feet are so ticklish, he broke the restraints that we had. When we make-shifted them, he broke them again. We have to buy new ones but it was well worth it. This clip features his shirt off and bare feet. Again, great reactions from a truly and honestly NICE guy!
