Time for a mouth check with my handheld mirror and my dental pick. I have my mirror to look close at the front and back of each tooth and scrape them clean. I stretch out my tongue so I can see the black dots and the taste buds, then lift my tongue up to flex my tongue veins and touch them. My uvula is so far back, I can only see it by opening my mouth wide and flexing my throat.

This is a long mouth check with no talking, just looking and cleaning while I relax and listen to music.
