Rat boy becomes Mistresses bathroom sink as she brushes her teeth and uses him as the spit bowl. rat boy is arched in a very uncomfortable way over the kitchen sink as the mistress vomits all of the dirty toothpaste out of her mouth. his face becomes covered in dirty white foam running into his eyes. the mistress turns on the tap and shoves his head under the water he is almost chocking on the second hand foam but the mistress doesn't care as she continues to spit and brush.
