New patient is visiting me in my therapy office. He has sexual issue. His girlfriend can't accept his huge admiration for female feet. He dreams day and night about licking them, sucking the toes. I have one, innovative solution for this kind of problem....Negative association - Patient needs to worship my bare feet and I'm punishing him with cane and feet CBT for it.
