Jessica is working out on her exercise ball rolling back and forth. Jessica is a little careless and gets too excited with the ball. She falls off,and hurts the top of her foot. Jessica can’t move her foot so she sits herself up on the couch. She makes sure that it’s not broken but her foot is definitely sprained. Jessica has to hop to the other side of the room to grab her phone for help. She holds her foot up as she calls her boyfriend to tell him she messed up her foot.
