Maya was called to join a new volleyball team but when she arrives she meets her trainer and professional player Mia who instantly starts giving her a hard time for how short she is. Mia begrudgingly starts to do some training exercises with her, but Maya is so short and Mia is getting more frustrated. Mia is not happy about having to train someone half her size. She continues to do training and stretching exercises with her, while berating Maya the whole time. Poor Maya is being teased and laughed at while she struggles to do the exercises.
