I could feel a big one ready to come OUT. I was curious so I weighed myself before I sat. Once I sat I knew this is no softy! I push and push and grunt, then I sit and sit, playing with my phone in between farts, plops, and tinkles. This one I definitely struggled with a bit. But in the end it was worth it because I LOST 4 LBS!
