"For the first minute start by showing the corners of your mouth and teeth as well as tapping your teeth with one finger all with a relaxed face.

Then for the rest of the video it's just mainly finger brushing with some teeth tapping mixed in every now and then.

For what "finger brushing" is, you just rub one finger back and forth horizontally very high on your upper gums way above your teeth at random back and forth speeds and lengths. Just not too fast or too slow.

Never rubbing on teeth.
