The foot smothering continues, but not for long, as she then stops, but only to put him on his knees and then stand on his thighs while wearing her high heels, consequently putting him in a lot of pain and suffering! Though, it doesn't end there, she would also repeatedly jump and stomp on him, exponentially worsening his suffering! When she gets enough of it, she reverts back to her foot torment of smothering and toe feeding until her heart's content!
