Mistress digs an ear bud deep into her ear lobe to clean out all the wax. She makes the slave to eat the cotton ear ear-buds that are covered in her brown ear wax. The slave chews on Mistresses dirty used ear ear-buds and makes them clean again. Mistress cleans both ears completely bringing out all of the dirty wax hidden inside and pushing the slave to eat it.
