The unlucky slave is punished by two Mistresses. The Mistresses trample and stomp his body pushing their pressure down and digging their heels into his flesh. The Mistresses hold onto a piece of chain on the ceiling so that they have their full balance and are able to press their full weight down onto the slaves body.
