You'll hear a little gasp of surprise from Emma when it happens. So, to actually film the original idea with barefeet, boots and high heels - Emma used an inflatable heart and put that through its paces instead and yes - it withstood her barefeet and her boots and also withstood her high heels until she finally (intentionally) dug her heel into it causing a hole and complete deflation.
