She mouth inflates a big inflatable banana, pink dolphin, inflatable kangaroo, small black whale, small croc, pastel panel beachball, intex beachball, rare multi-coloured airmat/lilo... and she does so unlike any other model we've seen before as she holds up the inflatables so that they point towards the ceiling.
