Mistress St. Lawrence keeps her slaves just like tools: put somewhere where they are always close when needed, but not in her way - in a cage. When Mistress Gaia and I came to visit, we decided to use them for boot worship, all of them at the same time, so we took them out of the cage, just like tools out of the box, and rounded them up in front of us. Each of us chooses a tool and use it exactly as we please.
