Joshua is in his room napping when his step-sister Hazel comes in the room with her new jeans on. Hazel puts a gag in her brothers mouth and sits on his face ridding her jeans roughly down Joshuas face making him scream and yell as the gag is shoved deeper in his mouth till finally has no other choice but to toss her off.
