He lives in a little one room appartment, he has no money and is a real loser. Last month he couldn`t pay the rent for his appartment and hopes that his lessor...a known brutal woman who lives also in the the house wouldn`t notice it.

But on that day the door bell rings and Martina the lessor of his appartment stands at his door. She askes him immediately why he didn`t pay the last rent ? He tries to explain her that he has absolut no money at the moment and that he can`t pay the rent.
