Brittany and Dino are are couple bitching at each other as they come back home. Brittany just happens to be a witch and Dino is complaining about the problems her magical powers causes him. Brittany seems to think Dino doesn't like her using her power unless he benefits from it, but complains when she uses it for something else, and suggests she owns him and he has no control over her.
