More playful belly rubbing continues from this position and the stretch lines are getting more pronounced as he eventually heaves his body outwards and the shirt submits to the pressure of his chest and rips itself apart. Next he shifts round so that he is straddling the couch and facing the wall with his huge round bubble butt facing the room. He sits back on the couch leaning back again and we are treated to some more close ups of him rubbing fingers round and round in circles over his little piggy-belly. He can't take any more and lies back down exhausted at having to carry such a huge gut. He rests the belly out in front of him and completely spent out—falls resting.
