Hazel is outside enjoying the weather in her cute, blue skirt and pink high heel pumps. She crosses her legs and dangles the shoe while talking to a friend on the phone. She has to tell her friend about the creepy guy at the mall who kept staring at her shoes and feet! Another friend calls and interrupts them, so she takes the call. She tells this friend the same story about the guy who wouldn't stop staring at her feet. There is also a mix of general conversation with both friends.
