Kimberly Heart is having issues with the Jeep not starting, so she's waiting on a friend to come help her. While she waits, she does lots of shoe dipping in her white flats. She slides her feet out of the shoes a lot, often times briefly resting her toes on the gas pedal before sliding her foot back in.
